Skull Piston carving part 3 - an update

Tommy from GearHedz informs me that the person behind this skull is a Japanese guy by the name of Yoshida.
 I've looked for more info but found nothing, so if you know better do tell.

shot in the spring of 1963 by John Dominis for a Life Magazine feature.
Looks like a man living the life,motorcycles ,leather,oil, beer and cigarettes!!
